Lawyers Discuss Business Entity Choices at Bend Event

Tonkon Torp tax attorneys Mark LeRoux and Michael Millender were presenters last week at an Oregon State Bar continuing legal education event in Bend, Oregon, hosted by the OSB Business Law Section. They discussed choice of legal entity issues and tax implications in light of impending changes to Oregon tax law.

 

LeRoux and Millender are partners in Tonkon Torp’s Taxation Practice Group. Their practices emphasize federal, state and local tax impacts on business transactions, including taxation of corporations, partnerships and LLCs as well as personal investments. Millender also advises clients on employee benefits issues involving retirement plans, equity-based plans and fringe benefit plans.
