Labor and employment lawyer Clay Creps was a faculty speaker at a June 4 webcast to employers on Portland’s “Protected Sick Time” Ordinance, which went into effect on January 1, 2014. Clay provided an overview of the ordinance, how it affects Portland employers and what they need to know to incorporate it into their existing employment practices.
