Biography:

In her representation of industry leaders, start-ups and midsize companies, Vicki counsels clients on the strategic protection and promotion of their intellectual property rights.

 

She represents a range of businesses - both technology-based and brick and mortar operations - in matters involving trade secrets, trademarks, original works and intellectual assets.

 

Vicki is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for her accomplishments in intellectual property law.

 

During her IP-focused counsel, Vicki regularly drafts and negotiates agreements concerning patents, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, co-branding, nondisclosure, noncompetition and nonsolicitation. 

 

Her comprehensive range of IP experience includes assisting in the registration of trademarks, servicemarks, copyrights and perfecting and securing interests in intellectual property collateral. Additionally, Vicki regularly counsels companies on contracting issues related to infringement, indemnification and intellectual property ownership.
