Biography:
Shouka is a member of the firm's wealth planning practice group. Her practice includes estate planning, through the drafting and implementation of trusts and wills, and administration of both probate and non-probate estates. She also specializes in the preparation of specialty trusts including life insurance trusts, charitable remainder trusts, generation-skipping trusts, Crummey trusts, and title-holding trusts.

Shouka also counsels tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations. She has assisted in the organization and operation of both operating and non-operating private foundations, as well as public charities.
