Biography:
Peter Mohr's practice serves a broad client base in matters ranging from environmental regulatory compliance to energy facility siting and operation and natural resource acquisition and development with a strong emphasis in water law.

With experience in addressing the needs of both public and private sector interests, Peter is skilled in developing procurement and utilization strategies for satisfying future water needs. He has helped clients negotiate water deals, obtain new water rights, create and obtain state approval of mitigation plans, and protect water rights once acquired.

The focus of Peter's environmental and energy practice includes assisting clients with compliance and permitting issues relating to water and air quality regulations as well as with issues related to land use and associated water permitting approvals for real property development involving agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial and municipal projects.
