Biography:

Kristin Bremer is a partner in Tonkon Torp's Labor and Employment group.  She represents companies in labor and employment matters.  Her experience includes advice and litigation on wage and hour, collective actions under FLSA, sex harassment, hostile work environment, FMLA/OFLA, and ADA discrimination matters.  Kristin has extensive experience in counseling and litigating non-competition agreements.  Kristin also represents nonprofits of all sizes in employment issues.
 
Kristin represents clients in traditional labor matters.  Her experience includes labor arbitrations, defending ULPs before the NLRB, and advising employers in response to union campaigns and elections.
 
Kristin is a frequent speaker on labor and employment issues, including labor organizing, sex harassment, wage and hour law, family medical leave and disability law.
 
She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Willamette University College of Law, where she also served as the Symposium Editor for the Willamette Law Review.  Kristin graduated with a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin.
