Biography:
Justin practices business and corporate law and real estate law. He has substantial expertise in forming businesses entities, buying and selling businesses, corporate and LLC/partnership reorganizations, financings, real estate transactions and general business and corporate matters. Much of Justin's practice focuses on counseling closely held businesses.
Justin has represented clients in many industries, including advertising and publishing, auto dealership, manufacturing, sports, construction, and medical and dental.
Justin is the author of Protecting Both Ethnic Minorities and the Equal Protection Clause: Resolving the Dilemma of Language-Based Peremptory Challenges, 1997 BYU L. Rev. 101.
Justin enjoys his family, running marathons, backpacking and fishing. He also speaks Tagalog (Filipino).
