Biography:

Haley is a member of the firm's Immigration Department, focusing her practice on employment-based immigration, and counseling on employment law matters relating to foreign nationals. Haley prepares nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions for executive, managerial, and specialized knowledge transferees of multinational corporations, foreign national professionals, and individuals of extraordinary ability.

She earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Willamette University College of Law, where she served as an associate editor on the Willamette Law Review and as an assistant for Legal Research and Writing.  Upon graduation Haley worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Robert D. Wollheim of the Oregon Court of Appeals.
