Biography:
David joins the firm as a member of the firm's Litigation Department.
He earned his law degree from Harvard Law School, where he served as senior editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He also was a section representative for the Harvard Federalist Society. David received his undergraduate degree in history at Brigham Young University, where he was selected to the Golden Key Honors Society. He also was a member of the cross country and track and field teams.
Prior to law school David worked as a judicial clerk for the Court of Appeals in Georgia for Chief Judge John H. Ruffin, Jr. in Atlanta. He spent a summer with the firm and joined full time upon graduation.
David is fluent in Spanish.
