Biography:
In her transactional, corporate and intellectual property practice, Ari regularly assists businesses with respect to acquisitions and divestitures, general business matters, corporate governance, drafting and negotiating contracts, licenses, technology and software purchase agreements, nondisclosure agreements and assists companies in registering their trademarks, service marks and copyrights.

Ari gained legal experience as an extern for the Honorable Judge Mary Yu, King County Superior Court. In addition, she was a summer associate at Tonkon Torp in 2005 and 2006.

She earned her J.D. at the University of Washington School of Law, where she served as an articles editor and authored Digitized Book Search Engines and Copyright Concerns, 3 Shidler J. L. Com. & Tech. 13 (2007).

Continuing her commitment to diversifying Oregon's legal community, Ari became a member of the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association Board in 2009.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ari served as a researcher and editor for aNew York Times best-selling author.
